How Accurate are the COLORS displayed online?

Due to differences in monitor settings, we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your monitor will completely reflect the true color of the product ordered. However, every effort has been made to reflect product colors as accurately as possible.

 
 

Can I bring my dog on a plane in your carriers?

Our Standard Classic carrier is airline approved. Please note, that all airlines have different requirements for your travels with your pup. For up-to-date information check the website: bringfido.com/travel.

Our Open carriers are not airline approved. They were designed as a stylish functional accessory for transporting your pet around. town.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR PET

 

LENGTH: Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail along the dog’s backbone.

NECK: Measure all the way around their neck at the place where their collar would naturally rest.

STANDARD: 17" long x 10" wide x 12" tall
LARGE: 20" long x 13" wide x 15" tall

* Your pet should have enough room to enter the carrier and turn around comfortably. Please measure carefully.

For US Shipping: Our Standard Shipping is FREE and your Jaxx Hound items will be

delivered within 5-7 business days.

If you’d like your items sooner, we offer 2-3 day and Overnight options as well.

We ship via USPS for US Orders and UPS for International Orders.

If you live in the New York City area we offer FREE In Person Delivery!

 
 
 

International

We currently ship to Canada, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. If your country is not included, please send us a request via email at info@jaxxhound.com and we will work to ship to your location. Please note, you the buyer are responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the carrier.  

 
 

Cancellations

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 business day of your order placement.  Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

 
 

return policy

We hope you will love your Jaxx Hound products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, and would like to return it, please provided the request within 5 days of the original order being received. Your request can be sent to info@jaxxhound.com.

The items must be returned to us unused in the original packaging with all tags intact and in a perfect re-saleable condition before we can provide a refund.

You will be responsible for the price of postage for any item returned for a refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at Jaxx Hound.

The original cost of shipping to you will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE policy

We hope your products are exactly what you hoped for. However, if need to exchange your item/s please send us an email with your request within 5 days of the original order being received. Your request can be sent to info@jaxxhound.com.

faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 week of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, we’d be happy to replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
